Cancellation Policy
- If you no longer require the appointment or wish to reschedule your appointment , please let us know as soon as possible.
- We require a minimum of 3 hours ' notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to inform may incur a non-attendance fee of $25. This fee does not attract a Medicare rebate.
- If you made an appointment and failed to arrive, this may incur a nonattendance fee of $25.

Please keep in mind that we operate as a mixed billing practice and we require payment on the day of your appointment.
For time-based consultations, you will be charged accordingly by your consulting GP. You can claim your Medicare rebate at the time you pay your account.
If you need to undergo procedures in our treatment rooms, please note that additional fees of at least $20 will apply for consumables used during the procedures. These fees are not covered by Medicare.
