Dr Jamil Khan

Dr Jamil Khan has a wealth of experience working in diverse communities, and along with his strong inter-personal skills and grasp of five languages, he is an incredible addition to our team. His empathy, social warmth, and cooperative nature make Dr Jamil a very effective physician and a welcoming presence in the practice.

Dr Fahad Bangash

Dr Fahad Bangash has a broad range of special interests and is an invaluable member to our team. His knowledge as a general practitioner extends beyond standard general practice to include:

Dr Shagufta Gul

Dr Shagufta Gul is another of our experienced GPs, and she has a special interest in women’s health. This includes experience with Mirena coils, pap smears, and pregnancy checkups. She is known for her pleasant personality and her excellent clinical knowledge.

Combined with her interest in complex and chronic conditions, Dr Shagufta is a fantastic part of the team.

Dr Chandrakala Ramakrishna

Dr Chandra is a dedicated and compassionate physician with a special interest in women’s health and children’s health. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with empathy and respect. Her approach blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the unique needs of women and families.

Outside of work, Dr. Chandra values time with her family and friends, believing that strong personal connections enrich both life and medical practice.

Dr Damien Cameron

Dr Damien  graduated from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle in 2020 and has since worked across several hospitals in Perth, gaining experience in surgery, general medicine, paediatrics, and obstetrics. He has also completed a Certificate of Emergency Medicine.

Damien is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care and is looking forward to caring for the Maddington community as he continues his training in general practice.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his four children and skateboarding with friends.

Dr Chaitra Shetty

Dr Chaitra Shetty is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

After completing her medical degree in India, she relocated to Australia and has worked across a variety of specialties in Perth since 2013.

She has special interests in women’s health and wellbeing, antenatal and postnatal care, sexual health, child health, and chronic disease management.

Dr Shetty also provides skin checks, advice on general skin care and routine, and preventative medicine to help patients maintain their long-term health.

Outside of medicine, Dr Shetty enjoys cooking, gardening, dancing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Dr Lakshmeesh Shetty

Dr Lakshmeesh Shetty is a friendly and compassionate GP with over 10 years of experience working in Perth. He is highly trained in both medicine and surgery, with a special focus on complex medical conditions, chronic disease management, preventative health, and skin cancer surgery.

Patients describe Dr Shetty as approachable, empathetic, and easy to talk to. He takes the time to listen and explain, and he believes strongly in building long-term relationships to support patients through every stage of their health journey.

With advanced skills in skin cancer management and surgery, as well as extensive experience across specialties including general medicine, trauma, and cardiology, Dr Shetty combines technical expertise with a caring, hands-on approach.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is a devoted husband and father.
